Acoustic two-piece This Wild Life have released their brand new single “You Swore Your Love Would Burn”, the band’s follow-up to their previous standalone single “Nothing Hurts Like Love For The First Time”.
The (entirely DIY) Pokémon/Game Boy-themed video follows Kevin Jordan and Anthony Del Grosso cosplaying as Ash Ketchum and Pikachu running into a few challengers along their way.
Commenting on the creation of the video, Jordan said-
“My love for emo and Pokémon meet in our new music video ‘You Swore Your Love Would Burn.’ We made this video 100% DIY with $20 Animation Software, 10,000 hours of Pokémon gameplay experience, and a dream. Hope you love it.”
