The SUPERCHARGED North American Tour lived up to its name from the first moment walking into Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, CA. New Found Glory set it off with their trademark chaos, Jordan Pundik barreling into the crowd handing out high fives, shoving the mic into fans’ faces, and making the whole place feel like a sweaty singalong basement show. They’ve been keeping the energy alive for years, and somehow it still feels fresh and reckless in the best way.

Jimmy Eat World kept things rolling with a wall of nostalgia, dropping hit after hit like they were flipping through the greatest-hits section of your old burned CDs. Their visuals looked sharp, their sound was massive, and the crowd was locked in from start to finish. Closing with “The Middle” was the kind of moment that reminded everyone why they’re legends of the scene.

Then The Offspring turned the whole place into a carnival before even hitting a note. A gorilla-masked hype man, fan cams, shirt cannons, and even surprise seat upgrades. When they finally took the stage, they tore through their catalog with the same bratty swagger they’ve always had, slipping in a heavy Ozzy tribute that ripped. A late technical glitch during “Self Esteem” didn’t even matter as they restarted, the place went nuts, and it ended on the highest of highs.
