A Perfect Circle have released their new single, “To Whom It May Concern,” alongside the announcement of an extensive 2027 North American tour featuring Puscifer and The Cult.
The new track is A Perfect Circle’s second single of 2026, following “Starless,” which recently reached No. 1 at Active Rock radio.

“To Whom It May Concern” was written earlier this year and recorded at Howerdel’s Lankershim Ranch Studio in Studio City, California. Howerdel produced the track, with Matty Green handling the mix and longtime collaborator Josh Freese performing drums.

The band will take the new material on the road next spring for an extensive North American headlining tour beginning April 13 in Vancouver and running through June 13 in Phoenix.
Puscifer will support A Perfect Circle throughout the Canadian portion of the tour as well as the April 25 show in Detroit, giving Maynard James Keenan double duty each night. The Cult will join the remaining U.S. dates beginning April 27 in Boston.
Tickets go on sale Friday, October 2 at 10 a.m. local time, with the A Perfect Circle presale beginning Wednesday, September 30 at 10 a.m. local time.
