We Came As Romans Release Personal Statements Following the Death of Vocalist Kyle Pavone

Many of us woke up the morning of August 25th to the unexpected news of the passing of We Came As Romans vocalist, Kyle Pavone.

Members of the band took to social media to express their grief of the loss of their fellow band member and friend.

Kyle and I had a short routine before every show. We always walked on stage together before the rest of the guys because of how the intro was laid out. I don’t know when we started doing it, but every show we would kiss on the mouth or cheek right before walking on stage. No matter what mood I was in, how big or small the crowd was, or what had been going on that day, I knew I was going to have fun because I was walking on stage with Kyle. It was impossible to not have fun with him around. He literally controlled the environment around him- it was so powerful. I’ve never met anyone with his kind of passion and energy. It changed the world.
