Colorblind Releases New Single “Chemical Warfare”

0

Picking up right where they left off, dreamcore group Colorblind has released, “Chemical Warfare”. The track is taken from the band’s upcoming debut album, ‘Who Sold You This Truth ++ Was It Yours To Hold’ which is set to release on August 28 via Solid State Records and Tooth and Nail Records.

“‘Chemical Warfare’ is about the war between who you are and who you believe you are. When self-perception becomes a weapon, every thought feels like an attack. The song lives in the tension between inherited beliefs and personal truth — the moment you realize the voice tearing you down may not be yours at all.”

— Travis Moseley (vocalist)

Jumping straight into it, the track introduces us to a liminal and eerie atmosphere, with Travis Moseley’s vocals slowly guiding us into an instrumental that feels both immersive and isolating, as if we’ve been pulled away from reality itself.

The punchy chorus comes in hot, driven by aggressive guitar work from Justin Page, distorted yet catchy bass lines from Nicholas Asper, and emotionally charged percussion from Tyler Moseley. Together, the band creates a soundscape that is both haunting and explosive.

Since day one, the group has shown no signs of slowing down, and they certainly aren’t stopping anytime soon. Stream “Chemical Warfare” below.
