Two-time GRAMMY nominees I Prevail have released their fifth studio album ‘Violent Nature’ via Fearless Records. The 10-track effort marks a significant step forward for the band, with bassist Jon Eberhard handling production duties in-house.

Alongside the album’s arrival, I Prevail have unveiled a new music video for “Pray”. The single contrasts subdued acoustic passages with explosive choruses and an aggressive bridge, showcasing the dynamic range that defines the record overall.

Frontman Eric Vanlerberghe, who is now taking on both clean and unclean vocals throughout the album, describes the track as a rejection of pity after betrayal:

“‘Pray’ is about the moment when someone close to you burns you, and then has the nerve to feel sorry for you. This song is about letting go of that pity, realizing you are better off without them.”

‘Violent Nature’ includes previously released singles “Annihilate Me,” “Rain,” “Into Hell,” and the title track, alongside six new songs. The band emphasizes that the project is their most cohesive to date, created entirely without outside producers or writers.
