Whitechapel vocalist will provide clean singing on new album
In a recent interview with Revolver Magazine, guitarist Alex Wade revealed that there will be clean vocals on the new Whitechapel album. Wade mentioned that the band “thought it was really cool” that Lamb Of God’s Randy Blythe tried out some melodic vocals on their last album, VII: Sturm Und Drang.
“So Phil’s diving into that a little and seeing where it goes. He’s actually got a great singing voice.”
– Alex Wade (guitarist)
There's only 2 songs on the record that have clean vocals. Just an FYI.

After the original news broke out, guitarist Zach Householder sent out a tweet denying that there would be any clean vocals on the new album, which he then later said his tweet was only a joke.
For the love of god, everyone needs to quit freaking out. There's no clean singing on our upcoming album.

So, this is not an apology for making a joke, but I should know by now you can't joke on social media. Singing WILL occur on the new album.
