thrown have announced their sophomore album, ‘UNWANTED’, set to arrive November 6 via Arising Empire.
The 11-track record follows the Swedish metalcore band’s 2024 debut album, ‘EXCESSIVE GUILT’, and will feature their recent run of singles “split,” “rehearsed” and “critic.”
‘UNWANTED’ arrives just over two years after ‘EXCESSIVE GUILT’, which served as the band’s first full-length following their 2022 EP, ‘EXTENDED PAIN’. Since then, thrown have continued releasing new material throughout 2026, beginning with “split” in April, followed by “rehearsed” in June and “critic” in August.
‘UNWANTED’ arrives November 6 via Arising Empire.
