GALLERY: Set It Off w/ Broadside, Capstan, & Mike’s Dead – Jacksonville, FL – 8.20.23

Set It Off, currently doing multiple strings of shows, stepped into Jacksonville, Florida on August 20th, for the last day of their three-day run with Mike’s Dead, Capstan, and Broadside. Apart from Mike’s Dead, the lineup was full of Florida-formed or Florida-based bands, so the whole night felt like a homecoming.

Devoted fans filled the venue to the brim. The whole night was overloaded with passionate singing, crowd surfing, and moshing.

When Broadside hit the stage, frontman Oliver Baxxter hit the ground running with his super energetic dancing and jumping. Playing their fan favorites like “Coffee Talk,” “One Last Time,” and “Foolish Believer,” Broadside effortlessly rounded up the audience to sing along as loud as they possibly could. They also played their most recent release “Bang” which features Joshua Roberts of Magnolia Park.
