After celebrating their 10-year anniversary as a band earlier this week, State Champs have now released an acoustic rendition of fan favorite, “Criminal,” and a brand new song, “Crying Out Loud.”
Both singles will be a part of the band’s forthcoming State Champs Unplugged EP, which is set to be released on August 14th via Pure Noise Records. The EP will feature four brand new songs, as well as two stripped-drown reimagined versions of songs from their 2018 effort, Living Proof.

“‘Crying Out Loud’ took us the longest to get to a place where we truly felt excited about the song. Once we got there, we knew this emotionally heavy, yet upbeat tune about breakup, loneliness, and moving on would be a solid single.”
