On June 23 during a rally in Phoenix, AZ, President Trump walked out onstage to Panic! At The Disco’s 2018 hit, “High Hopes,” without any proper authorization.
In response, Panic! At The Disco’s Brendon Urie took aim at Trump’s campaign tweeting “Dear Trump Campaign, f*ck you. You’re not invited. Stop playing my song” before signing off with “No thanks, Brendon Urie, Panic! At The Disco & company.”
Urie then addressed “everyone else” in a tweet urging followers to vote and provided a registration link to HeadCount.
Dear Everyone Else,
Donald Trump represents nothing we stand for. The highest hope we have is voting this monster out in November.
