Southern California’s Dayseeker have released their brand new music video for “Dreamstate.” The song, featured on their 2022 album ‘Dark Sun’, explores intense emotions and vivid dreams, offering an intimate glimpse into the grieving process and the struggle to cope with loss.
The newly unveiled video for “Dreamstate” captures the essence of the song with a blend of performance footage and a narrative centered around a mechanic seemingly trapped in her own dreamlike reality. Singer Rory Rodriguez shares the song’s personal significance, explaining-
“‘Dreamstate’ is about vivid dreams I had of my father after he passed. There were truly times it felt as if we were communicating with one another, but I’d wake to reality and it would deeply affect my ability to cope.”

Additionally, Dayseeker is set to embark on a headline tour throughout spring 2024, beginning on April 19 in Tampa, FL and concluding on May 25 in San Diego with appearances at spring festivals like Rockfest and Earthday Birthday, among others. Joining them will be Polaris, Rain City Drive, AVOID, and Ayron Jones.
