Downswing have returned with a new standalone single titled “At My Worst.”
The Albany, New York metalcore band released the track alongside an accompanying music video, marking their first new music following the release of their sophomore album, ‘And Everything Was Dark’, in October 2025 through MNRK Heavy.
The new single arrives as Downswing prepare for an extensive stretch of touring to close out the year. The band will head overseas later this month for a run of UK and European dates, including select shows alongside Casey.
Following their overseas run, Downswing will return to North America in November to join Born Of Osiris, Miss May Iand Convictions on The Perpetual Iron Tour. The tour will celebrate the 15th anniversary of Born Of Osiris’ ‘The Discovery’ and continue through December.
